When you place your order, the app displays a guaranteed fixed price for your trip. Traffic jams, detours, or roadworks: the amount stays the same. You know exactly what you are paying before you confirm, which is especially helpful for trips to the airport or train stations, where traditional meters can lead to unexpected costs.

The right vehicle for every situation

Every situation calls for a different taxi. The app lets you choose from several types of vehicles:

• Standard taxi : a comfortable sedan for 1 to 4 passengers, ideal for daily commutes and train station transfers.
• Minibus : a 6 to 8-seater van for groups, large families, or travelers with bulky luggage.
• Wheelchair-accessible vehicle : adapted for people with reduced mobility, equipped to accommodate a wheelchair.

Simply select your vehicle type when booking. If you need a booster seat or extra space for bulky luggage, you can specify this in the comments section of your order.

Real-time tracking and direct contact with your driver

Once your taxi is booked, the tracking screen activates: you can see your driver's exact position on the map, their estimated time of arrival, and their contact details. Need to let them know about a change in pickup location? A direct call button connects you without leaving the app.

This real-time tracking is especially useful when you're picking someone up: share the tracking link with them so they know exactly when the taxi will arrive.

Multiple payment methods

The TaxisVerts app doesn't limit you to a single payment method. You can choose between:

• credit card payment securely within the app, with no need to touch the driver's terminal;
• cash payment to the driver at the end of your trip;
• taxi vouchers (Sodexo or Edenred), accepted by all TaxisVerts drivers.

Businesses and freelancers can also request monthly invoicing by contacting the TaxisVerts sales department.

How do I download the TaxisVerts app?

The app is free and only requires an email address or phone number to create an account.

On iPhone

Open theApp Store, search for " Taxis Verts " and tap "Get." The app installs in seconds. Create your account, add your payment method if you wish to pay by card, and you are ready to book.

On Android

Open the Google Play Store, search for " Taxis Verts " and tap "Install." The process is the same: create an account, optionally add a bank card, and you can book in seconds.

The app works on recent versions of iOS and Android. If you encounter any issues during installation or account creation, support can be reached at app@taxis.be.

Book a taxi in three steps with your TaxisVerts app

The booking experience has been designed to be as fast as possible. In practice, it all happens in three taps:

1. Enter your pickup address and destination. Geolocation automatically detects your position, but you can also enter an address manually or choose a meeting point from our predefined locations (train stations, airports, hotels).

2. Choose your vehicle and confirm the price. The fixed fare is displayed immediately. Select your vehicle type (standard, minibus, wheelchair accessible) and add any special requests (booster seats, bulky luggage, train or flight number).

3. Track your driver's arrival. The real-time map shows you where they are and when they will arrive. You will receive a notification when they reach your location.

For recurring trips (home to office, regular airport transfers), the app saves your favorite addresses, reducing the booking process to just two taps.
